HBOT Rental Service

Breathe is different from the rest. Whether you use HBOT with us in one of our clinics or in the comfort of your own home, your safety, confidence and support come first. Our rental journey has been designed around careful suitability checks, location assessment, structured training and ongoing reviews, so you are never simply handed a chamber and left to get on with it. From your first enquiry through to installation, support and eventual collection, we stay involved at every stage to help make your HBOT experience as safe, straightforward and well supported as possible.

We also offer HBO²T at home

Built for at-home use, our hyperbaric chambers are available for rental, bringing the benefits of oxygen therapy into your daily routine.

Before you submit a rental enquiry, we’ll first guide you through a short two-step suitability check. This helps identify any contraindications or other conditions that may need further review, so you can understand whether HBOT is likely to be suitable for you before progressing with an enquiry.

If there are no reasons to stop, you can continue straight through and submit your rental enquiry. If something is identified that may require medical advice or further discussion, we’ll make that clear before you proceed.

Enquiry & Customer Services Call

Your rental journey begins with a simple enquiry through the Breathe system. Once submitted, a member of our Customer Services team will contact you to talk through what you are looking for, why you are considering HBOT at home, who is likely to use the chamber and what you hope to achieve from the rental.

It is an opportunity to ask questions, understand how the rental works and discuss any practical requirements before moving further into the process. From there, we can make sure the next steps are appropriate for you and that you have a clear understanding of what to expect.

Location Assessment

Once you’re ready to progress, we’ll ask you to upload a short video of the room or space where you plan to use the chamber directly through your Breathe account. Our team reviews the proposed location remotely, looking at access, available space and the practical requirements for safe installation and use. You can follow the status of the assessment through the system, and if we need anything else, we can request further information before the location is approved.

Rental Agreement

When your location has been approved, your rental agreement is issued to you through the Breathe system. You can review the agreement online, read the terms and safety information, approve and sign it electronically, and return it without needing to print or scan anything. Once completed, the signed agreement is recorded against your rental so there is a clear, auditable record for both you and the Breathe team.

Choose Your Rental & Payment

The next stage is to confirm the rental option you want and set up your payment arrangements. The system guides you through the available choices, records the agreed rental details and allows the appropriate recurring payment to be established. Once payment is confirmed, the rental can move forward into preparation and installation

HBOT Users

Your rental can include the main renter together with additional HBOT users. Through your Breathe account, you can tell us how many people are likely to use the chamber, and the system then allows us to gather the required information for each person in a structured way. Each user is treated individually so that suitability, consultations and any required follow-up are recorded against the correct person rather than simply against the chamber.

Initial Consultations

Before an HBOT user begins treatment, they complete their Initial Consultation through the Breathe process. This allows us to collect and review the relevant information for that individual, confirm that the necessary suitability checks have been completed and identify anything that may require additional review before they start. Their consultation status is then recorded within the system so everyone involved knows whether they are ready to proceed.

Delivery & Installation

Once everything is approved and your rental is ready to begin, we’ll arrange delivery of your HBOT chamber and equipment to the agreed location. Our team will coordinate the delivery with you, make sure the chamber is positioned correctly and complete the necessary setup checks before it is brought into use. The installation stage is recorded through the Breathe system so there is a clear record that the chamber has been delivered, installed and is ready for training.

On-Site Training

When the chamber is delivered and installed, you’ll receive practical on-site training so you are confident using it safely and correctly. We’ll take you through the chamber controls, oxygen equipment, normal operating procedure, session preparation, safety checks and what to do if anything does not appear to be working as expected.

Training completion is recorded through the Breathe system for the rental and the relevant users. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions while the equipment is physically in front of you, rather than relying only on written instructions.

Ongoing Reviews

Support does not stop once the chamber has been installed. During the rental, the Breathe system can prompt for periodic reviews so we can confirm that there have been no significant changes in an individual user’s health, circumstances or suitability for HBOT. If something is identified that needs further consideration, it can be flagged for review before that person continues.

Safety & Chamber Checks

Periodic safety and condition checks form part of the rental journey. Through your Breathe account, you may be asked to reconfirm key safety information and provide updates about the chamber, its location or its condition. This creates an ongoing record and gives us an opportunity to identify potential issues early rather than waiting until something becomes a problem.

Support & Fault Reporting

If you experience a problem with the chamber or any of the associated equipment, you can report it directly through the Breathe system. The issue is recorded against your rental, allowing our team to review the details, request photographs or further information where necessary, and keep the support process organised from initial report through to resolution.

Collection & Return

When your rental comes to an end, the return process is also managed through the system. We can arrange collection, confirm the expected return details and record the condition of the chamber and associated equipment when it is returned. This allows the rental to be formally completed and provides a clear record before the equipment is inspected and prepared for future use.
